I liked the personalization of the pillow. When it finally arrived I was pleased with the quality and workmanship. This was a Christmas gift purchased Nov 27th with an original delivery date of Dec 9th but was delayed until Dec 16th. Size is on the small side which is stated in the descriptionThe 12 inch pillow is advertised I chose the 14 inch and it measured about 12 inches when it arrived. After you choose the personalization options there is no way to save a copy, which you will need if a mistake is made.
